6.
Keep the tungsten at a distance of 1-4mm from the workpiece, press the torch control button, there will be
a release of HF electricity between the electrode and the workpiece and it will quickly disappear when the
arc starts, then the welding work can begin.
MMA FUNCTION TO ARC
Place the function switch on the arc welding icon, placing it in the middle position of the switch. Turn the start switch
ON, the pilot light will come on and the indoor fan will start working. Choose the appropriate current according to
the thickness of the welding rod, and then you can start your welding work.
CUT FUNCTION
Place the function switch on "CUT" mode. Turn the start switch ON: the pilot light will turn on and the internal fan
will start working. Set the pressure and volume of the air flow to the nominal value from the air regulator on the
front panel. Press the torch button and the electromagnetic valve will start operating. You will hear the HF sound
(high frequency) of the release of electricity and then the gas will flow out of the torch nozzle. Set the cutting current
according to the thickness of the workpiece. The nozzle should make contact with the work piece. Press the switch on
the torch to light the arc, the HF sound that carries the arc will disappear and you can then start your work. After the
arc begins to work, keep the nozzle 1mm away from the workpiece, which will help protect the nozzle.
NOTE: If the output voltage shows difficulty in starting the arc, please lower the air pressure to an
appropriate level. If the nozzle is too burned, please increase the air pressure accordingly.
MAINTENANCE
1.
Remove dust regularly with a cloth moistened with water and dry with compressed air. Do not wet the
welder with any liquid. Do not use corrosive liquids to clean. If the working conditions include heavy smoke
and dust, the welding machine should be cleaned more frequently.
2.
Compressed air should be reduced to the pressure required to protect the small components as otherwise
they can get damaged.
3.
Check carefully if the internal gas and electricity connections are good and tighten any loose connection as
appropriate. If there is oxidation, remove it with sandpaper and reconnect.
NOTE: The operator must have electricity basic knowledge.
ATTENTION: If the welder is exposed to rain, dry it in time and check the insulation with an
Ohmmeter (Connected between the plug and the housing of the welder must only have continuity
on the ground wire). If everything is correct, the work can continue.
4.
If the machine will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry place in its original packaging.
