5. Connect the red wire next to the backup camera power
wire to the positive pole of the backup light to activate the
parking assistance function. This feature assists you in
parking safely.
Note:
If you do not want rear guidance when reversing, there is no
need to connect the red wire of the rear camera to the reverse
lights. The dash cam will still record both the front and rear.
4.2 Powering the Dash Cam On /Off
Auto Power On/Off
Install and connect the dash cam to your vehicle's power
supply properly. The dash cam switches on / off
automatically when the engine ignition of the vehicle is
switched on / off.
Manual Power On/Off
(1)Manual Power On
Hold the Power button until the start up screen appears.
(2)Manual Power Off
Press the power button of the dash cam for 5 seconds to
turn off the camera.
Reset the Device/Restore Factory Settings
If the dash cam does not work properly, try resetting the
device to factory settings.
