EXHAUST FOR PRESSURE RELIEF
When the machine displays the High-pressure alarm,
you should do exhaust pressure relief function.
We advise that it should be done once a month.
RECHARGE MAIN TANK REFRIGERANT
If the refrigerant amount in the main tank is less than 4kg, the
flushing function can't run anymore until supply enough refri-
gerant into the machine. There have two ways to supply the
refrigerant.
METHOD 1:
Connect the port of the fresh refrigerant tank to the LP
port of equipment.
Note: It should connect to the liquid port of the fresh
refrigerant tank. If has no liquid port, please place the
fresh refrigerant tank upside down.
Block the HP port of equipment with a cap.
Select the supply main tank function and then set the
supplying amount.
Note: Amount of supply: Setting the amount according
to remain amount in the tank. Suggestion: supplying
amount = (4.5~5) - remaining amount.
When alarming, please close the valve of the refrige-
rant tank until finished automatically.
METHOD 2: 
Use the supplying connecter.
Fitting the supplying connecter to the port of
fresh refrigerant tank.
Note: it should connect to the liquid port of fresh
refrigerant tank. If has no liquid port, please
place the fresh refrigerant tank upside down.
Connect the HP (or LP) coupler to the supplying con-
necter.
Select the recovery function and run it.
When you see the total amount more than 4.5kg, clo-
se the valve of the refrigerant tank and until finished
automatically.
Note: Main Tank: the tank is installed in the machine which is
used for the flushing, recovery, recharging functions.
REPLACE REFRIGERANT TYPE
If you want to use another type of refrigerant, you must do this
function. Please operate following the prompts step by step.
REPLACE FILTER DRIER
The dry filter must be exchange when it reaches the life time.
There will give a message.
If not exchange the dry-filter timely, it will not be able to run
the recovery, flushing and supplying functions.
Operations:
Please check the ID of the dry-filter at the label. Which
is the SN.
Select exchange dry-filter function and press ENTER
key.
Input the ID.
And then do step by step as the information.
Note: Please attention the mounting direction of the
dry-filter.
EQUIPMENT SELF CLEANING
After a period of use, such as 2 months, it should be
run this function.
It can clean up the pipe line of the machine.
Note: Connect red refrigerant pipe and blue refrigerant
pipe into one pipe with two-way connector.
ELECTRONIC SCALE CALIBRATION
When the load cell is not precise, it needs to be ca-
librated.
You need input the password 1510 before use this func-
tion.
If do the calibration of main tank load cell, please pre-
pare a 10~20kg weight.
If do the calibration of oil bottle load cell, please pre-
pare a 1-3kg weight.
Follow the prompts step by step.
Note: If here have some programs, please check according
to the messages.
VACUUM PUMP MAINTENANCE
When the pump oil became cream or machine display main-
tenance message, the vacuum pump oil must be changed.
If not change the pump oil in time, the vacuum pump will be
easily damaged.
Steps:
Open the back-down cover.
Unscrew the cap of the fill port and then fill the new oil
slowly into the vacuum pump until the oil level reach at
the center-site. Then re-back the cap to the fill port.
Replacing the filter
Select "Maintenance" and press ENTER
Select "Filter replacement".
Remove the old filter and insert a new one. After chan-
ging the filter, press ENTER.
Enter the filter code using the UP/DOWN keys.
Note: The code is the last four digits of the serial number.
CLEANING THE HOSES
The hoses should be cleaned after two months of use.
In addition, if you wish to use a different type of coo-
lant, be sure to do this beforehand.
Use an adapter to join the red and blue coolant hoses
together.
Calibration
To use this function, enter the password "1510".
To perform the cazlibration you will need an object
with a known weight.
Depending on the component on which you want
to perform the calibration, the weight of the object
should be one or the other.
In this table you can see the weight that the object
suld have.
