Attaching fan-motor assembly to
the down-rod assembly
□
Pre-lock two combination screws (AA) into two
opposite holes on the outer race of the coupling cover (D).
Align two pre-locked combination screws (AA) with two
slots on the housing of fan-motor assembly (E). Rotate the
down-rod assembly in place until it is secure. Figure 1.

Identify the wiring located on the fan-motor assembly (E):
black-line voltage, white-neutral, green-ground. Feed the
wires from the fan-motor assembly (E) through the hanger
rod (B). Figure 2.

Tighten pre-locked combination screws (AA) and another
two combination screws (AA) to secure the down-rod
assembly to the fan-motor assembly (E). Figure 3.

Connecting the wires
□
Carefully lift the whole xture to hang the ball head of hanger
rod (B) onto the mounting bracket (A) previously installed on
ceiling. Rotate the hanger rod (B) until it snap in place. Figure 1.

Align a Screw-ST4.8x35 (PP) through the washers - D5 (OO),
washers -D15 (NN) and safety rope (K) and then x the safety
rope (K) through the outlet box on the ceiling. Figure2.
□
Connect the white (N), black (L) and green wires from the
xture to their corresponding wires from the junction box using
wire nuts (EE). Figure 3.
