Health tricycle
Number of steps (the outermost ring): The total number
of steps made each day. It resets overnight, and the num-
ber of steps by day can be set on the app.
Exercise (middle ring): the data shows how many minu-
tes of any exercise you have done. It is cleared overnight,
and the exercise goals can be set on the exercise target
function on the app. (As long as there is any exercise time
in the exercise ring, it can be accumulated.)
Standing (innermost ring): it shows how many times in
the day you have stood and moved for at least 20 conse-
cutive steps per hour. It resets overnight and can be set on
the standing target function on the app.

HISTOGRAM
Steps graph: Distribution of steps per hour from 0:00 to
23:00 in a day.
Exercise graph: Distribution of exercise duration per hour
from 0:00 to 23:00 in a day.
Standing graph: Distribution of standing duration per
hour from 0:00 to 23:00 in a day. Below this graph, there
is also the total distance and total calories from that day.
Reset
Resetting this function will clear all data on the watch.
