Cause and solution
• No power: please fully charge the machine and
then use it.
• Side brushes or driving wheels entangled: please
clean the side brushes and wheels.
• Machine is hung off the ground: it is normal, since
it is a kind of self-protection.
• Anti-collision panel is stuck: please remove the
obstacle stuck in the slot of the anti-collision
panel.
• Dirty Infra-red sensor surfaces: please clean the
infra-red sensor surfaces.
Dustbin is full or filter is dirty: Please empty the
dustbin and clean the filter.
The machine is entangled by cable, wool, curtain or
carpet: please remove the obstacles and re-use it.
This machine can recognize most stairs with height
above 5cm.
• Stairs with round transition or floor with strong
sunlight will decrease the sensitivity of the infra-
red sensors. In this case, please add a frame or
drop the curtain.
• The three infra-red sensors are dirty, please clean
the surfaces of the sensors.
Side brushes or driving wheels are entangled,
please clean the side brushes or driving wheels and
then use it again.
For other reasons, please contact our customer
service.
This machine has a maximum noise level of 75dB.
If the noise is higher than that, please contact our
customer service.
