Liner fitting
3.1 Insert the liner into the shell of the helmet and fit it symmetrically well against the
base.
3.2 Check that the flaps in the front area and the side fastening flaps match up and, once
you have verified the whole assembly, first fasten the LH and RH side flaps into
their seats, then insert the central flaps between the polystyrene and the shell (Fig. 5
A and B)
3.3 Repeat the same operation from point 3.2 for the liner's back rest (Fig. A and B).
3.4 Carefully adjust the liner until it adheres well to the shell.
3.5 Check that the liner is properly inserted under the window trim edge in the front and
the back areas.

Cheek pad fitting
4.1 Put the hard plastic flap between the cheek pad and the shell (Fig. 3 B)
4.2 Make sure that the cheek pad is in the correct position so that all the snap buttons are
in line with their housings (Fig. 3 A )
4.3 Insert the hard flap all the way into the groove under the base edge and hook the four
buttons.
Warning: the buttons are not hooked until a click is heard.
4.4 Check that the strap comes out properly from the cheek padding.
4.5 Repeat steps 4.1 to 4.4 on the other side of the cheek pad.
4.6 Once both cheek pads have been fitted, check that the material is properly inserted
under the window edge trim.
• BREATH DEFLECTOR
This accessory allows improved helmet performance under certain conditions of use (see
Fig. 6 for assembly and disassembly).
Note: The Breath Deflector is easily removable.
You can check the correct assembly of this accessory by pulling it gently towards the
inner part of the helmet with your thumb and forefinger. If it moves, repeat the assembly
operations, taking care to correctly insert the three flaps between the chin guard and the
shell trim.
WARNING!!!

If your helmet is equipped with the D-Ring retention system, fasten it as
indicated in the attached D-Ring label.

Remove the padding only when cleaning or washing is required.

Never use the helmet prior to having correctly and completely refitted the inner
comfort padding and the cheek pads.

Never machine-wash the inner comfort padding.

Never use tools or equipment of any sort to carry out the steps described above.
