5. Mains connection
The machine may only be operated with single-
phase alternating current from a 230-240 V AC
50Hz supply. Before you use the machine, make
sure that the mains voltage complies with the
specifications on the rating plate.
6. Start-up and operation
Important! This hedge trimmer is suitable for
cutting hedges, bushes and shrubs. Any use
which is not expressly permitted in manual may
result in damage to the hedge trimmer and place
the user in serious danger.
The hedge trimmer is equipped with a two-
handed safety switch.
The machine works only when the switch on the
steady grip (Figure 2 / Item 1) is pressed with one
hand and the switch on the handle (Figure 2 /
Item 2) is pressed with the other hand.
