How it works
When the charger is connected to AC voltage and the output cable is not connected to anything, the LED Power Indicator on the
panel will be solid on, and the bank panel will display one of the battery types selected last time.
Select the battery type to be charged by pressing the mode button. The charger will remember the selection each time and
automatically determine the battery type selected last time after the next input connection.
Charging the Bank for 12V Batteries
Charging for 12V LiFePO4 Battery:
After the 12V LiFePO4 battery is correctly connected to the output cable of the charger, the charger enters a 10A nor-
mal-rated current charging mode. During the charging process, the LED Power Indicator is solid on. As the bat-
tery voltage rises, the charging current becomes smaller gradually. When the charging current drops to 0.8A±0.3A
automatically, the 100% LED indicator light will be solid green. After the LiFePO4 battery is full, it will not have trickle charging
current, and the green LED indicator light will stay solid during this process. After fully charged for 24 hours, this charger will use
2.0A±1A charging current to charge the battery again. After disconnecting from the battery, the charger will return to standby state,
with all four Charging Status LED Indicators off, and the LED Power Indicator and Battery Type LED Indicator will be on.
Charging for 12V Lead Acid/AGM Battery:
After the 12V Lead Acid/AGM battery is correctly connected to the output cable of the charger, the charger enters a 10A normal-rated
current charging mode. During the charging process, the LED Power Indicator is solid on. As the battery voltage rises, the charging
current becomes smaller gradually. When the charging current drops to 0.8A±0.3A automatically, the 100% LED indicator light will
be solid green. After fully charged, if the battery voltage drops to 12.9V±0.2V, and then the 2.0A±1A current is used to trickle charge
the battery. When the charging current drops to 0.8A±0.3A, the battery will stop charging. During this process, the 100% LED indi-
cator light will be solid green. After disconnecting from the battery, the charger will return to standby state, with all four Charging
Status LED Indicators off, and the LED Power Indicator and Battery Type LED Indicator will be on.
Mode "Activate" Button
Inside the LiFePO4 battery, there is low-voltage protection PCBA. When the LiFePO4 battery's low-voltage protection activates, it will
not provide voltage output at both battery terminals, and the charger will be unable to charge the LiFePO4 battery.
To initiate "Activate" charging, follow these steps:
1. Connect the AC cord to the electrical outlet first.
2. Press the Mode button to choose LiFePO4 battery charging mode.
3. Press the Mode button on the bank panel continuously for 3-5 seconds. The LiFePO4 Battery Type LED Indicator will flash slowly.
4. Finally, attach the ring terminals on the output cables to the battery terminals.
After the correct connection, the 12V LiFePO4 battery bank charger will pulse output 2.0A±1A to charge the 12V LiFePO4 battery
until the LiFePO4 battery exits the low-voltage protection. Then the charger enters the normal charging state, the LiFePO4 Battery
Type LED Indicator will be solid on, and the Charging Status LED Indicators will illuminate based on the battery's different percent-
age of capacity. In the pulse charging state, if you continuously press and hold the button on the panel for 3-5 seconds, it will exit the
"Activate" charging function, and the charger will enter standby state, with only the LED Power Indicator lighting up.
