Volume of popped popcorn will vary depending on the type, quality and freshness of the corn.
The chart above is approximating the volumes required to pop fresh, gourmet, yellow popcorn.
White popcorn or less fresh popcorn may generate a smaller quantity of popped popcorn.
Types of Oil
Any kind of vegetable oil is suitable for popping (corn, soybean, peanut, canola). Butter, margarine, shortening,
lard, and extra virgin olive oil should not be used as the burn easily.
To Pop Additional Batches of Popcorn
1. Empty the fresh popped corn into a different serving bowl so you can reuse the lid to pop more kernels.
2. Allow 10 minutes between popping cycles to allow the Popcorn Popper to cool completely.

User Maintenance Instructions
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user serviceable parts.
Do not try to repair it yourself. Any servicing requiring disassembly other than cleaning must be performed by
a qualified appliance repair technician.
Care & Cleaning Instructions
1. Unplug Popcorn Popper and allow to cool before cleaning.
2. The Popcorn Popper should be cleaned after every use.
3. Wash the clear Popcorn Popper lid and plastic lid cap in warm, soapy water. Use a soft cloth or kitchen
sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
4. WARNING: To prevent scratching, never use abrasive scouring pads, steel wool, or scouring powders.
5. Following the instructions previously described in Before Using for the First Time section of this
instruction manual, remove the rotating rod from the center stem. (See Figure 2)
6. Wash the rotating rod and securing knob with warm, soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge.
Rinse thoroughly and dry. Replace the rotating rod after cleaning the base, making sure it fits into
the notched area around the screw. Replace the securing knob.
7. Clean the base's non-stick popping chamber with a slightly soapy cloth, sponge or nylon-scouring pad.
Wipe with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
8. After consistent use, the non-stick finish may discolor. To remove discoloration, use a soft cloth saturated
with lemon juice or vinegar and apply to the finish. Then wipe the finish with a damp cloth and dry.
CAUTION: Never place the Popcorn Popper's clear lid, plastic lid cap, or rotating rod in the dishwasher.
Never immerse the Popcorn Popper base, cord or plug in water or other liquid.
Storing Instructions
1. Unplug unit and allow to cool.
2. Fix the lid cap to the top of the lid.
3. Nest the clear Popcorn Popper base into the clear lid.
4. Store the Popcorn Popper in its box or in a clean, dry place.
