Troubleshooting
Symptoms
After turning on the power
and pressing the "Power"
button, the product does
not respond.
During normal use, heating
is interrupted and a "beep"
is heard.
No operation during the use
of heating.

Is there a power failure?
Is the fuse blown or the circuit
breaker lifted?
Are the plugs securely
connected?
Incompatible cookware or not
using cookware?
Cookware is not placed in the
center of the heating zone.
Are heated cooking utensils
constantly being removed?
Is the stove empty or is the
temperature too high?
Is the intake/exhaust port
clogged or has dirt built up on
it?
Does the hob work for more
than 2 hours without any
interaction?
E0: No pot.
E1: Low voltage
E2: Overvoltage
E3: Thermistor module
Overheat or short circuit
E4: Thermistor module short-
circuited
E5: IGBT Overheat or short
circuit
E6: IGBT Open Circuit
EC: Communication failure

Wait for power to be
restored.
Check the cause
carefully. If the problem
cannot be solved, please
contact our service
center.
Replace cookware and
use cookware suitable for
induction hobs.
Place the cookware in
the designated heating
area.

Unclog the air inlet and
exhaust port. Wait until
the product has cooled
down before turning on
