STEP 6: SURFACE AND RECESS
MOUNT
Install 1/4 in. Screws (EE) in the center
location of the Door Support. Do not
fully tighten.
These screws will act as HELPER
SCREWS when installing the door.
NOTE: WE RECOMMEND HAVING A
SECOND PERSON TO HELP HOLD
THE DOOR DURING INSTALLATION.
Mount the Door (J) on the Cabinet.
Position the Keyhole Slots in the Hinge
over the Helper Screws Fig 1. Slide the
Door (J) toward the Cabinet Box (H) so
that the Keyhole Slots are behind the
heads of the Helper Screws Fig 2. The
remaining holes in the Hinge will line up
with the threaded holes in the Door
Support. Secure the Door to the
Cabinet Box using four 1/4 in. Screws
(EE). Make sure the Door is secured on
the Cabinet Box (H). Tighten the two
Helper Screws. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

EMPOTRADO
Instale los tornillos de 1/4 pulg (EE) en
el centro del soporte de la puerta. Deje
un espacio de 0,3 cm (1/8 pulg).
Dichos tornillos actuarán como
TORNILLOS DE AYUDA al instalar la
puerta.
NOTA: LE RECOMENDAMOS QUE
OTRA PERSONA SOSTENGA LA
PUERTA DURANTE LA INSTALACIÓN.
Coloque la puerta (J) en el gabinete.
Coloque las ranuras para agujeros en
la bisagra sobre los tornillos de ayuda
Fig 1. Deslice la puerta (J) hacia la caja
del gabinete (H) hasta que las ranuras
para agujeros queden detrás de la
cabeza de los tornillos de ayuda Fig 2.
Los agujeros restantes en la bisagra se
alinearán con los agujeros roscados en
el soporte de la puerta. Use los cuatro
tornillos de 1/4 pulg (EE) para asegurar
la puerta a la caja del gabinete.
Asegúrese que la puerta esté asegurada
en la caja del gabinete (H). Ajuste los
dos tornillosde ayuda. NO AJUSTE
DEMASIADO.

ÉTAPE 6 : MONTAGE ENCASTRÉ
SEULEMENT
Fixez les vis de 6 mm (1/4 po) (EE) au
centre du support de porte. Laissez un
espace de 3 mm (1/8 po).
Ces vis servent de VIS AUXILIAIRES
pendant l'installation de la porte.
REMARQUE : NOUS RECOMMANDONS
QUE LA PORTE SOIT TENUE PAR UNE
DEUXIÈME PERSONNE PENDANT
L'INSTALLATION.
Installez la porte (J) sur l'armoire.
Positionnez les encoches en trou de
serrure de la charnière au-dessus des
vis auxiliaires Fig 1. Glissez la porte (J)
vers le boîtier de l'armoire (H) de façon
à ce que les encoches en trou de serrure
se retrouvent derrière les têtes de vis
auxiliaires Fig 2. Les trous restants de
la charnière s'aligneront sur les trous
filetés du support de porte. Fixez la
porte au boîtier de l'armoire à l'aide de
quatre vis de 6 mm (1/4 po) (EE).
Assurez-vous que la porte est bien
fixée au boîtier de l'armoire (H). Serrez
les deux vis auxiliaires. NE SERREZ
PAS TROP LES.
