Do not place aluminium parts in the dishwasher or wash them with
caustic, strongly acidic or alkaline cleaning agents. Do not wash
accessories in the dishwasher (except for stainless steel parts or
surface-treated Teflon parts).
2.Do not soak for long periods in detergents, seawater, vinegar or
other corrosive liquids.
3.Use lukewarm water and a mild detergent for cleaning.
4.Dry the accessories after cleaning.
1 The rotating drive can produce a black residue due to the high
speed and friction during operation. Clean it immediately with a
damp cloth after each use and keep the part dry.
2. Watch out for sharp parts.
1. You can use olive oil to apply on the blade's9 urface, knife plate,
and mixing pot to ensure the dry and wet environment to oxidize it.
2 Store the device in a dry and shaded place.
