Maintenance
The rollator should be serviced annually by your dealer.
This involves checking the stability of the frame, the strength of the mountable parts, and ensuring
that all screws are securely fastened and, if necessary, adjusted.
All screws must be tightened. Worn, damaged, or broken parts must be replaced immediately.
Malfunctions:
If you notice a decrease in braking power or difficulty in wheel movement, contact your dealer.
If you notice damage or rust on the frame, notify your dealer immediately and do not use the damaged
rollator!
Re-Use
The rollator is suitable for re-use. Before transferring it to another user, the rollator must undergo an
inspection, cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance by a specialist retailer.
If parts of the rollator are damaged or destroyed, they must be replaced with new parts. It is
recommended to replace the wheels with each change of user. Tighten all loose screws and nuts.
The product must be in perfect condition before re-use.
It is prohibited to re-use the rollator if irreparable damage is found, such as a bent frame.
The user manual must be provided with the rollator for each user change.

Storage
Store your rollator in a place protected from light, dust, and moisture, and protect it from strong heat
sources.
Disposal
Do not dispose of the rollator as regular household waste. Please contact your dealer or take the
rollator to your local disposal site.
Service Life
If the rollator is used within its intended purpose and maintained, inspected, and serviced according
to the instructions, a lifespan of five years can be expected for the Actimo® Home. However, the
lifespan can vary significantly depending on the treatment and care of the product. A particularly
careful handling of the product can extend the lifespan, while extreme and improper handling can
shorten it.

warranty.
