Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months and applies to all product defects that can be proven to be due to
manufacturing or material defects.
In particular, the warranty does not apply if the rollator has features which indicate that it has been
repaired or otherwise interfered with by unauthorised dealers, or if third-party accessories have been
installed in the rollator without the prior written consent of Rehaforum Medical GmbH.
Reporting/Incidents
All serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent
authority of the member state where the user and/or patient is located.
