1. The operation of the oven is controlled by the oven function knob .To set a
function turn the knob to the desired position.
2. Use the temperature regulator knob to set the desired temperature. You can set
the temperature within a range of 50-250℃.
The oven can be switched off by setting both of these knobs to position
0/OFF/AUS.
The temperature-indicator is on until the preset temperature has been reached.
Proper positioning of the trays is mandatory for safe
operation of the appliance. Otherwise hot food or
cookware can slide off the trays when removing them.
3.2 Functions of the oven

You can select a temperature from 50-250
Switches on the internal light, e.g. when cleaning the oven.
Bottom and top heat. Conventional cooking. The oven should be
preheated. For big items such as big cakes. Place the food in the
centre of the oven for best results.
Bottom heat only. For slow cooking (e.g. pizza), if a crispy base is
desired.
Top heat only.
