FASTENING THE FRAME TO THE VAN
Installation is only possible with direct access to the sheet metal of the vehicle body.
Remove any kind of cover, cladding, floor plate, etc. If there is a wooden cover, remove it completely or cut holes in it to allow
connecting the EcoFix directly to the van metal beams.
Note: Verify the EcoFix is connected at a safe drilling zone location of the van, and that there is nothing to prevent
connecting the rack directly to the van body at that location.
For self-tapping fasteners, close the fasteners +180° after contact.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 – Rack Positioning
1. Position the rack at the predefined
connecting location, according to the safe
drilling zone, while verifying the feet rest on
a flat supporting area on the van floor.
2. Check that the EcoFixes can be adjusted in
such a way that they can connect to the van
wall beams, and that drilling will be in the
safe drilling zone.
3. Verify you are in the safe drill zone, and
there are no restrictions under the floor

Step 2 – Connecting to the Floor
Parts
(x2) Q (self-tapping screw)
4. Connect the rack feet to the van floor.
Note: Begin by connecting the feet to the
van floor with only one self-tapping screw
per foot.
Note: Before connecting, ensure the two
supports are:
• Positioned at an equal distance from the
van wall.
• Parallel to each other.
• Perpendicular to the van floor, using a
carpenter's square (do NOT use a level).
Note: Connect through the smaller holes
of the feet (the wider holes should be used
when connecting to a wooden floor).
Note: Set the electric screwdriver to low
speed and low torque, and pay attention not
to over-tighten the fasteners.
