ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before you begin, read and understand the entire assembly instructions.
 Notes:
1. When connecting parts with fasteners, washers and nuts, always place a washer between the connected part and
the nut. Use the large washers when connecting the EcoFix fasteners, and place a washer also between the bolt
head and the part.
2. Always insert the fasteners from the inside of the connected part, closing with nuts from the outer side..
3. Be careful not to overtighten the fasteners and nuts. For the self-locking nuts it is recommend turning another
180°–360° after contact between the screw head (and nut) and the connected part.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 – Profiles and Mounting Feet
Parts (x2) A (bottom profile)
(x2) C (foot)
1. Place the rack bottom profile (A) on
the floor, with its open side facing
down..
 Note: The rack bottom profile is
wider than the top profile.
2. Insert the foot (C) into the rack
bottom profile..
3. Repeat with the other foot and
profile.

Parts (x4) K (65 mm screw)
(x4) J (nut)
(x4) M (small washer)
 Note: Do not over-tighten the
fasteners.
4. Connect the foot to the rack bottom
profile.
5. Repeat with the other foot and
profile.

Step 3 – Connecting the Profiles
Parts (x2) B (top profile)
6. Slide the rack top profile into the
rack bottom profile
 Note: The open side of the top
profiles should face the closed side of
the bottom profile.
7. Repeat with the other profile.
