EMG (emergency channels)
1. Shortly press EMG/Lock key [5].
2. The radio will automatically switch to channel 09. The EMG icon will blink
on the screen.
3. Briefly press the EMG/Lock key again to switch to channel 19.
4. Briefly press the EMG/Lock key again to return to normal operation. The
EMG icon will disappear from the screen.
Key Lock
1. Long press the EMG/Lock key [5] to activate the Lock function.
2. A padlock icon will appear on the screen.
3. All keys are now locked except for the PTT key.
4. Long press the EMG/Lock key to deactivate the Lock function. The
function icon will disappear from the screen.
PA function
When the radio is turned off, simultaneously press the PTT + MENU keys
while turning on the radio to activate the PA function.
