PROCÉDURE DE DÉPANNAGE
Procédure de déblocage :
1. Arrêter la pompe avec la manette, (les 2
lumières témoins jaunes seront éteints).
2. Enlever la buse d'application.
3. Mettre la pompe en marche pendant 1-2
secondes avec la manette.
4. Remettre la buse en place et mettre la pompe
en marche avec la manette.
5. Si le blocage persiste, répéter 1 à 2 fois les
étapes 2, 3 et 4.
6. Si le blocage persiste encore, inverser la rotation
de la pompe au panneau de contrôle en
positionnant le levier de la pompe vers le haut
pendant 2 à 3 secondes, puis remettre le levier
de la pompe complètement vers le bas.
7. Remettre la pompe en marche avec la manette.
Causes de blocage :
Corps étranger dans le paillis ou dans la
cuve.
Mélange trop riche en paillis.
Bouillies mal agitées.
Paillis dégradé cherchant à flotter
Procédures non suivies.
Unité mal rincée après usage, matériel séché
dans le réservoir, plomberie et dans la
pompe.
Amorçage de la pompe :
Après avoir vider à sec le réservoir, Il peut arriver qu'une
poche d'air dans la pompe empêche la pompe de
s'amorcer.
8. Mettre la pompe à l'arrêt.
9. Déconnecter le connecteur à came entre la pompe et
l'entrée de l'enrouleur.
10. Mettre la pompe en marche durant une à 2 secondes.
11. Reconnecter le coupleur à came.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Unblocking instruction
1. Stop the pump with the remote control, (the 2
yellow lights on the unit will be shut off).
2. Remove the application nozzle.
3. With the remote control, put back the pump on
for 1-2 seconds.
4. Put the nozzle back in place and put the pump
on with the remote control.
5. If it is still blocked, repeat 1 to 2 times the steps
2,3 and 4.
6. If it is still blocked, reverse the pump rotation
with the panel pump lever upwards for 2-3
seconds,
downwards.
7.
With the remote control, put the pump on.
Blocking causes:
Foreign material in the mulch or in the
Slurry too tick, too much mulch.
Slurry not completely mixed.
Degraded mulch searching to float.
Instructions not been followed properly.
Pump not primed:
After having drained the tank to dry, it may happen that an air
pocket in the pump could avoid the pump to prime itself.

Stop the pump with the remote control.
9.
Disconnect the cam lever coupling between the pump
and the hose reel.
10. Start up the pump for 1 to 2 seconds, then stop it.
11. Reconnect the cam lever coupling.
