Method
Place all the ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, in the blender jug and chop
in pulse mode (speed control in P position). Next, purée well adding olive oil while
the blender is running.
Remove the pesto and finally stir in two tbsps of grated Parmesan cheese.

250 g plain flour
500 ml milk
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
Method
Place all the ingredients in the blender jug. Mix the ingredients thoroughly in pulse
mode. Leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes or so before cooking.
