9. Assembly

1. Put the machine on a stable, vibration free table. Do not use a
rubber support!
2.
Screw the guide rods (3) into the drilled holes of the
vibration plate (1) and drive in the counter nuts (2) by the key.
Minimum of three test sieves (height 50 mm) and one
sieve pan is necessary when using guide rods with
lengths of 660 mm
EML 200 digital plus T
1. Put on the test sieve set (1) and fill the sieving material in the upper
test sieve.
2.
Put on the cover (2) and fix it simultaneously with the two
tension nuts (3).
Please notice item 10, Test sieving according
to ISO 2591-1!
Connect the mains plug, pay attention to
the power supply!
EML 200 digital plus N
1. Put on the sieve pan with outlet (1), the test sieve set (2) and fill the
sieving material in the upper test sieve.
2.
Put on the cover (3) and fix it simultaneously with the two tension
nuts (4).
3. Slip the PVC- water hose over the wide spreading spray diffuser and
connect the discharge hose to the outlet of the sieve pan.
4. Fix the holding device and the separate control gear to the wall.
Please notice item 10, Test sieving according
to ISO 2591-1!
Connect the mains plug, pay attention to
the power supply!
Only connect the control gear delivered with the test
sieve shaker to the drive!
