Diamond saw blade (Cutting tool)
The saw blade diameter should be 400mm. Smaller saw blades can be used also, but due to the fixed
circumferential speed these are not so efficient. Bigger diameters must not be used. The hole of the saw
blade has to be 20 mm.
Use only appropriate and well cutting high quality diamond tools. Take care that the diamond segments
overlap sufficiently over the blade body.
Remove the blade guard by loosening the two wing screws in the brackets.
Fit the tool only the the cleaned spindle for avoiding faults in concentricity.
Fasten the tool with the screw M10 to the spindle securely.
Never work without blade guard.
Handle the blades with care. If single segments are missing or the blade is bad stressed, afflicted with
a fault in concentricity or wobble, dangerous unbalances can arise that can lead to damages on the saw
or can endanger the operator.
Our distributors are specialists for these blades. Please be consulted fully bevor deciding for a saw
blade.
Use the saw blade always in the same turning direction.

Flush cutting
For flush cutting please use following parts:
Flush blade guard HS45303, Distance disc HS40213, Set screw M10x10 - for locking the spindle hole,
3 countersink head screws for fixing the diamond blade M6x10 - 0406010.
Assemble the distance disc on the spindle flange in that direction that it engages in the six grooves. Fix
the diamond blade with the three countersink head screws. Lock the spindle hole with the set screw.
Always use the guide rail HS45402 for flush cutting. Never cut flush without a guide rail,
as otherwise there is a risk of diamond segments loosening and severely injuring the
operator or persons present.

At first mark the cutting line.
Put the saw to the material that needs to be cutted and start the motor by the mains switch that is
integrated in the handle.
Now turn the handle anti-clockwise for releasing the blockade of the dip feed. Now dip into the material
so that the saw can only be moved now in feed direction. Now block the dip feed again by fastening the
handle clockwise. Guide the saw an the marked line until you have reached your destination.

Damaged cords and plugs have to be repaired or exchanged exclusively in an authorized repair station
(www.weka-elektrowerkzeuge.de).
If water runs out of the overflow-hole on the gear or on a different place, stop the machine immediately
and let it be repaired in an expert workshop.
The same is valid for the gear oil.
Let the water completely flow out of the system especially in the cold seasons - Danger of frost!
