Mounting the Hood
11. Place telescopic duct covers onto hood and extend inner (top) duct cover upwards and secure to
duct cover bracket using (2) M4 x 8 sheet metal screws.
*If using hood in recirculating mode you must secure air diverter plate onto wall before installing
duct work and duct covers. Turn to ductless recirculation section for more details.
Horizontal Ducting Conversion
This range hood is equipped with a 8" round vertical duct option by default. To convert from 8" round
vertical to 8" round horizontal ducting or 3-1/4" x 10" rectangular horizontal ducting, please follow the
instructions below.

Installation Instructions
1. Remove (4) screws attaching
motor to hood body. Remove the
blower and disconnect the blower
plug from the hood.
2. Remove knock out plates A & B for
rectangular ducting or knock out
plates B & C for round ducting
with a flat head screwdriver and
a rubber mallet.
