INSTALLING THE WASHER

1. Pull the drain hose out of the back panel of the
washer as shown. Insert the drain hose into the
standpipe and secure it with a cable tie. (Refer to
Drainage installation requirements).
2. Run some water from the hot and cold faucets to
flush the water lines and remove particles that might
clog up the water valve screens.
3. Remove the inlet hoses from the plastic bag and
ensure that the rubber washers in each end of the
inlet hoses is properly positioned.
4. Install the inlet hoses as shown. Ensure that the cold
water hose and hot water hose are connected to the
correct outlet of the water valve.

5. Tighten each connection by hand, then tighten
another 2/3 turn with pliers. Do not crossthread or
over-tighten these connections.

6. Place the drain hose in a laundry tub or insert it into
the standpipe and secure it with a cable tie.

7. Carefully move the washer to its final location.
Gently rock the washer into position.
8. With the washer in its final position, place a level on
top of the washer. Adjust the four leveling legs up or
down to ensure the washer is resting firmly and
completely level. All 4 leveling legs must touch the
ground for the washer to maintain stability.
9. Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
NOTE: Check to be sure the power is off at a circuit
breaker/fuse box before plugging the power cord
into an outlet.
