10. DISPOSAL AND SCRAPPING
When you decide to render the high pressure cleaner unusable, the electricity supply cable must be removed and the rating plate taken off. In addi-
tion, it is necessary to prevent any high pressure cleaner components from posing a danger. The high pressure cleaner constitutes special refuse, and
hence it is necessary to dismount and divide it into homogenous parts, disposing of it in accordance with current national laws. Do not use pieces of the
scrapped high pressure cleaner as spare parts.
CAUSES
• Pump body side seal rings worn
• Loss in the spray gun
• Losses from the high pressure pipe or
•
from other parts of the hydraulic circuit
• Defective adjustment valve
• Detergent filter clogged
• Detergent tap closed
• Empty recipient
• No diesel oil is supplied
• Damaged diesel oil pump/motor coupling joint
• Dirty or ruined diesel oil nozzle
• Air in the diesel oil aspiration pipes
• Diesel oil solenoid valve not functioning
• Weak or absent ignition spark
• Dirty or badly adjusted ignition electrodes
• Lack of water in the hydraulic system
• Fuel supply is insufficient
• Diesel oil flow pressure is insufficient
• Broken thermostat
• The heating pipe coil is clogged with calcareous
•
deposits
• The pressure switch does not work
• Incorrect combustion
• Presence of impurities in the fuel
• Electrodes in incorrect position
• Incorrect air adjustment
• Dirty or worn diesel oil nozzle
• Dirty diesel oil pump and/or filter
• Broken solenoid valve

SOLUTIONS
• Replace the seal rings
• Replace the spray gun
• Check the status of the H.P. pipe and the
•
entire hydraulic circuit
• Disassemble the valve and clean or replace it
• Clean filter or replace it
• Open the tap or replace it
• Fill the recipient
• Check diesel oil level and, if necessary, fill the tank
• Clean and/or replace the diesel oil pump
• Clean and/or replace the diesel oil filter
• Replace the joint
• Clean the nozzle with the compressed air or with
•
the diesel oil and replace it
• Check all joints are tightly connected
• Clean and/or replace the solenoid valve
• Check the ignition transformer
• Check the electrodes and/or the ignition
•
transformer
• Clean and adjust the electrodes
• Check the hydraulic system
• Clean the diesel oil nozzle and/or the diesel oil

• Calibrate the diesel oil pump or replace it
