Possible causes and solutions
Auto-calibration has not been correctly carried out
Battery voltage has decreased below the min. voltage (1.5V/cell). Check battery and battery cables.
Battery voltage has increased above the max value (2.35V/cell) or has exceeded the max voltage allowed for the controller. Check battery cables.
Lift current has exceeded the set limits. Check wiring, motor and mechanical parts.
Brushes current has exceeded the set limits. Check wiring and motor and be sure rotation is free from impediments.
Some parameters are not correct. Check programming.
Programming procedure has been interrupted. It is necessary to repeat the procedure.
