LTE/4G MOBILE NETWORK
Make sure that:
• your Micro SIM Card is enabled at least for LTE/4G
or WCDMA/3G and Internet use
• Your provider supports IoT devices. Data only SIM
recommended.
USA: AT&T or T-Mobile with a data only SIM plan

SIM Card preperation:
There are two ways to configure the PIN of the SIM Card.
1a) Change PIN to "0000"
For initial D410 device configuration set the PIN for the
SIM Card to "0000". You can use e.g. a smartphone to
change the PIN of the SIM Card. Then insert the Micro
SIM Card into the Micro SIM Card slot of the D410,
with the gold contacts facing down.
For security reasons, we recommend changing the PIN after the initial D410 configuration using the
DoorBird App.
To prevent the SIM from being locked, the device tests the PIN once. To test the SIM PIN again, press and
hold the SET key for 5 seconds and follow the directions on the display.
