17. To avoid contamination of food,
please respect the following
instructions:
• Opening the door for long periods
can cause a significant increase of
the temperature in the compartments
of the appliance.
• If the refrigerating appliance is left
empty for long periods, switch off,
defrost, clean, dry, and leave the
door open to prevent mould
developing within the appliance.
WARNING!
- Keep the ventilation openings in the
frame of the device or its housing.
- Do not use mechanical devices or
other means of accelerating defrosting
other than those recommended by the
manufacturer.
- Do not use heat sources such as
candles or radiators to speed up
defrosting.
- Do not damage the cooling circuit.
- Do not use any electrical device in the
cooling chamber, except those
recommended by the manufacturer.
