Prior to first use
NOTE!
RISK OF DAMAGE!
If you open the packaging with a sharp knife or other sharp object without due
care, the handheld vacuum cleaner may become damaged.
Proceed carefully when opening.
1. Remove the handheld vacuum cleaner from the packaging.
2. Check that the delivery is complete.
3. Check if the handheld vacuum cleaner or individual parts have damage. If this is indeed the case, do not use the
handheld vacuum cleaner.
Charging the handheld vacuum cleaner
1. Ensure that the handheld vacuum cleaner is switched off.
2. Connect the charging socket to the charging cable.
3. Connect the charging cable to a suitable power supply unit (not included in the scope of delivery) and a
functioning socket.
4. A red light illuminates next to the charging socket during the charging process. When the light is green, the
battery is fully charged.
Note: The device cannot be used whilst it is charging.
Using the handheld vacuum cleaner
WARNING!
RISK OF EXPLOSION!
When disturbed by the suction air of the handheld vacuum cleaner, liquids can form explosive steams or
mixtures.
Never suck up liquids with the handheld vacuum cleaner.
WARNING!
FIRE HAZARD!
If you suck up glowing embers, burning cigarettes etc. with the handheld vacuum cleaner, the filters can
catch fire.
Do not suck up glowing or smouldering materials or objects.
