The pump is noisy

Check the back of the pump for no dirt and debris.

Clean up with compressed air.

There is foreign matter inside the impeller
Clean the filter basket.

The installation is loose
Tighten the pump mounting bolts.

The pump shaft is damaged
Replace the motor or the bearings.
Motor overheats at the pump operation

Installed in an unventilated place
Leave appropriate space for the motor and ensure good ventilation.

Installed in direct sun
Provide a shield for the motor to protect it from direct sunlight.
WARRANTY
Aqua Coastal warrants the pump to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1)
year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser of the pump. Aqua Coastal shall not be responsible
for shipping; removal and/or reinstallation labor or any other such costs incurred in obtaining warranty
replacements.
Whether you need technical advice, repair, or genuine factory replacement parts,
contact the retailer from which you purchased the pump from for service. 1 year warranty does not cover
failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other
than an authorized repair center.
