Do not use the appliance out of doors.
During use, rest the appliance on a flat surface.
For safety reasons, the appliance should never be opened.
To prevent children from accidentally touching hot components, use the hot
plate on surfaces that are at least 85 cm high.
Keep the appliance out of reach of children and the disabled since the plates
reach high temperatures.
Do not leave the appliance on if not in use since overheating the cast iron
plates could damage it.
Wait until the plates are absolutely cold before storing the appliance in its
box.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST USE
Before using the device for the first time, operate it without pots for 5 minutes
at the maximum temperature in a well-ventilated area to eliminate any
odours and fumes due to possible residual traces from production on the
internal parts of the device.
Use pots with a base of the same size as the plate.
Use flat-bottomed pots.
In order to save energy, one can switch off the hotplate a short time before
completing cooking. The plate releases heat for several minutes after being
