BATTERy CHARGING - AC CONNECTIONS
8.1
This battery charger is for use on a nominal 120-volt
circuit.
NOTE: The NIN-800A intermittently draws more than
15 amps of current. We recommend that you either
install a 20 amp circuit or do not run anything else on
the same circuit as the NIN-800A or you may trip the
breaker supplying the AC power.
DANGER – Never alter AC cord or plug provided – if it does not fit the
outlet, have proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. Improper
connection can result in a risk of an electric shock.
Recommended minimum AWG size for extension cords for battery
chargers

Use of an extension cord is not recommended by manufacturer. If one
must be used, refer to the following chart:
