- Page 3 . Insert a Mounting Bolt into one mounting hole from the top You must read and understand all of the instructions and cautions supplied with your Malone products(s) prior to installation or use. If you do not side. Rotate and close the mounting hole cover.
- Page 4 . Obey all posed speed limits and traffic cautions. Adapt your driving for the load being transported. . Do not use Malone carriers for purposes other than what they were designed for. . Not for use on trailers or any other modes of transport other than vehicle rooftop transport.
- Page 5 MALONE MPG603 FallLine With the mounting brackets fully secured, open and place the carrier over the mounting studs. To access the mounting studs we will pull the release lever upwards, and then slide/pull the carrier outwards. Slide the carrier about half way out, or until the mounting stud is easily accessible.
- Page 6 MALONE MPG603 FallLine Depress the slide break with your finger/hand and continue sliding the carrier all the way outwards With the second mounting stud exposed, apply a hand knob and tighten fully. Now we push the carrier back, over the slide break and fully until the release lever snaps back into place.
- Page 7 MALONE MPG603 FallLine Unlock and fully open the carriers. Pull the release lever upwards and then pull/slide the carriers outwards over the vehicles edge for easier loading. Arrange boards and/or skis in the carriers. When loaded, push/slide the carrier all the way back until the release lever snaps back into place.
- Page 8 Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Malone will remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. Malone may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to the original retail purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product, or credit to be used toward the purchase of a replacement Malone product.
