PROBLEM
Motor does not work
Motor works but there is no
flame formation and with
Burner starts and flame forms,
Flame is irregular, small and
Flame is smokey
WARNING:
In the event of replacement or assembly/disassembly
of the fan, make sure that the latter does not touch the
motor platform as illustrated in the inclosed diagram.
FAULT FINDING
PROBABLE CAUSE
No power supply
a) electrodes are not discharged
b) nozzle is dented
a) photoresistance is dirty
a) nozzle is pulverizing badly
b) pump pressure is too low
a) nozzle is pulverizing badly
SOLUTION
a) check fuses
b) check thermostats
a) check correct position of tips
and clean them
b) clean or replace nozzle
c) check Light Oil level in tank
and that there are no shutters
closed along the Light Oil line.
a) clean the photoresistance

b) check and increase pressure
c) extract water from tank and
a) clean or replace nozzle
b) check atmospheric air flap
