Operation
This appliance has been designed to blend liquids such as dairy products,

sauces, fruit juices, soups; to mix drinks, shakes, etc. It can be used to mix soft
foods or to make purées with cooked ingredients, such as carrots or baby
food ingredients. You can also use the blender to make cocktails with
crushed ice. Never put in more than 10 ice cubes at a time.
Under no circumstance should the appliance be operated for more time
•
than what is necessary. After using the appliance continuously for one
minute, allow it to cool to room temperature to prevent it from overheating.
CAUTION:
–
Maximum time of processing should not exceed 1min continuous use. In
order to achieve below processing times, use the appliance with pulses and
intermediate 10 second pauses.

DO NOT OPERATE THE UNIT WHEN EMPTY.

DO NOT PUT HOT INGREDIENTS INTO THE BOWL. BEFORE FOOD PREPARATION,
ALLOW FOOD TO COOL DOWN FOR A FEW MINUTES.

Before you eat or serve blended food, please always check for ingredients
that might have not been blended adequately.

Do not put any wooden, plastic, glass, metal or similar objects in the jar.
GENERAL: For better results please make sure that the quantity of ingredients
fully covers the blade while chopping solid food.
Blending
1. Assemble the blender as explained in section "Assembly Instructions". Be
sure that it is assembled correctly. (Fig.

3. Put food into the jug without exceeding 2/3 of the maximum capacity
(upper edge).
4. Close the jug with the assembled lid. The lid needs to be properly pushed
down along the entire perimeter so that it adheres well to the edge of the
blending jug.
5. Turns the rotary control to the desired speed (min – max) for blending.
6. Mix the ingredients for 2 minutes and pause at least for 1 minute
