Foot Roller Massage
Press this button to activate the foot roller massage feature. Press on the button repeatedly to
choose the foot roller speed level of your choice (slow, medium and fast).
Heating
The infrared back heating feature is activated. It will take about 3 minutes to enjoy its benefits.
Zero gravity mode:
There are three automatic zero gravity positions. Press the button repeatedly to choose the
best position for you.
Pause/Start feature
Press this button during the massage, all massage actions will stop immediately (the timer will
continue to count down), and press this button again, all the massage will be resume.
Timer
Press on this button to add 5 minutes to the massage. Press repeatedly for up to 30 minutes.
Leg Rest Up
Press and hold this button to slowly lift the calf rest. Release the button to stop at the desired
height.
Leg Rest Down
Press and hold this button to slowly lower the leg rest. Release the button to stop at the desired
height.
Leg Rest Up and Back Rest Down at the Same Time
Press and hold this button to slowly raise the calf rest and lower the back rest at the same time.
Release the button to stop at the desired height.
Leg rest down and back rest up at the same time.
