8 Commissioning
DANGER
Risk of injury due to RFID sensor for per-
sons with cardiac pacemaker or defibrillator
n
If you use a cardiac pacemaker, maintain a
distance of at least 60 cm from the RFID sen-
sor on the front panel.
n
If you use a defibrillator, maintain a distance
of at least 40 cm from the RFID sensor on
the front panel.
During initial commissioning and at the specified
maintenance intervals, a test complying with DIN
VDE 0100 or the applicable national regulations
must be carried out.
Note
For production reasons, the reading on the inte-
grated energy meter is not at 0 kWh.
8.1 Performing the service con-
figuration
ATTENTION
Wallbox with errors
A Wallbox with active errors is not fully functional.
There is an active error if the operating status LED
(4) is lit in red, yellow or blue.
Note
The service configuration should be carried out
when not connected to a vehicle.
Switching on the wallbox
The Wallbox is switched on as soon as the power
supply is connected.
The LEDs light up in turn as follows:

All LEDs red for one second

All LEDs white for one second
n
Charge level LED and error status LED white
All other LEDs are not lit.
Note
If a vehicle is connected, the charge level
LED may be a different colour.

Incorrect installation
If the LED (4) for the operating status is lit in blue,
yellow or red, the installation is incorrect or there
is an error on the Wallbox.

Wallbox is still in production mode and

Charging a vehicle is not possible,
errors can be fixed without sub-
sequently resetting the Wallbox.

Charging a vehicle is not possible.
After fixing the errors, the Wallbox
must be restarted.

The following methods are available for connec-
ting to the Wallbox to perform the service con-
figuration:

Via Ethernet:
1.
Connect the Ethernet cable with a net-
work switch or server.
2.
Check the network settings and adjust
if necessary. The Wallbox is configured
to DHCP (automatic IP address assi-
gnment) when delivered.
8.1.1 Configuration using the web app via
WLAN
Connecting via WLAN hotspot
1.
Keep the access data letter to hand, see
Access
data.
2.
Find the list of available LAN devices on the
laptop or tablet.
3.
Select the Wallbox from the list of available
WLAN devices using the WLAN code (SSID)
from the access data letter.
