Determining the anchoring points
1.
Determine the first centre point of the double star tent. Place one of the rings of the measuring rope where the first centre
point of the double star tent is to be located and anchor this point temporarily with a peg.
2.
Form a triangle with the measuring rope and determine where the first 2 ground anchors of the first side of the tent should
be.
3.
Ensure that the measuring rope is tight and is not doubled over anywhere in order to correctly determine the anchoring
points.
4.
Put a plate for double anchoring under the two other rings of the measuring rope and place a peg through both the ring of
the rope as well as through one of the holes in the plate. Hit the peg up to around 5 cm from the soil. These are the first two
anchoring points.
