LIGHTING UP THE WOOD IN THE FIREPLACE
1. Wood for lighting up must be fragmented. Put it in
layers (max. stack height: 20 cm) and light it up with the
use of an attested solid fire starter.
2. In the event of the first lighting up, it is recommended
to heat up the wood until it gets red and leave it for
30 minutes before you put your food on the plancha
for the first time. Do not make your food until wood is
covered with a layer of ash.
3. After lighting up, brush the fire glow aside and add
more wood.
4. After 20 minutes we have a proper layer of ash and a
grilling temperature is optimal.
5. Do not overfill the fireplace dome with wood. A burning

BURNING IN THE FIREPLACE
1. Do not overfill the fireplace with ash during using.
2. Add wood regularly to obtain a stable burning tempe-
rature. The maximum height of the burning wood stack
should not exceed 20 cm.
EXTINGUISHING THE FIRE IN THE FIREPLACE
The best way to extinguish the fireplace safely is when
the wood is put out naturally.
One of the reliable and safe methods of fireplace
extinguishing is removing the burning pieces of wood.
You must be extremely careful!
It is recommended to put the burning wood aside into
a metal container, for example a bucket, with the use
of pliers. Before starting doing the above, make sure
whether all the wood can go into the container.
When the wood is placed in the metal container, cover it
with sand. Without the wood, the fire will stop burning.
