The sounds below are absolutely normal:
• Compressor noise
• Noise of small fan motor within freezer compartment or
other compartments.
• Gurgling sound similar to the sound of boiling water.
• Cracks during automatic defrost.
• Clicks before the compressor turns on.
Other unusual noises are caused by the reasons below
and may require you to take necessary action:
• The cabinet is not level.
• The rear of the appliance is in contact with the wall.
• Bottles or containers have fallen or are rolling.
It is normal to hear the engine noise frequently; it will
need to work harder in the following circumstances:
• The temperature is set to a lower value than necessary.
• A large quantity of still hot food has recently been
placed in the appliance.
• The temperature outside the device is too high.
• Doors are left open too often or too long.
• Immediately after installing the device or if it has been turned
off for a long time.
Check that the air outlets of the appliance are not blocked by food
and make sure that the food inside the appliance is arranged so
as to allow sufficient ventilation. Make sure the door is securely
closed. To remove the gel, please refer to the chapter "Cleaning
and maintenance".
You could have opened the doors too long or too frequently,
an obstacle could prevent the doors from closing; or the
appliance does not have sufficient space on the sides, behind
and above.
