49. When freezing fresh food with an
"expiration date," expiration / use-by
date / expiry date consumption ", you
must freeze them before the expiration
of this date.
52. Check that the food has not already
been frozen. This is because frozen
foods that have completely thawed
should not be refrozen. Once thawed,
food should be eaten quickly.
