NOTICE: the following situation indicates that the battery needs to be replaced, although there is no LED
communication of an abnormal result.
After a full charging cycle and with battery level indicator at 100%, the battery is used to start the corresponding vehicle's engine. If the
engine cannot be started (excluding other vehicle problems), it indicates that this battery has declined storage capacity and needs to
be replaced.
CAUSE(S)
Reverse Polarity
1. Open-circuit
2. Dirty Battery Posts
3. Discharged below minimum
detection voltage
Charging in 6V Mode(s) for
12V battery
Overheating protection
Battery cannot store electric
charge during charging process
In Desulphation Process
Battery cannot be recovered
through Desulphation Process
Heavily Corroded Battery
(voltage is less than 3V),
requires Recover Process

SOLUTION(S)
Exchange the red and black clamps or ring terminals
to the correct battery posts
1. Connect the red and black clamps or ring terminals
to the battery posts
2. Clean the battery posts
3. Replace the battery with a new one immediately
Press Mode button to select correct charge mode.
CAUTION: Selecting the 12V Mode(s) for a 6V battery
will damage the 6V battery!
Current reduces when charger temperature is too high.
Charge will begin once charger has cooled.
Replace the battery with a new one immediately

Replace with a new battery or try other chargers which have
a repair mode for recovery
