4. Assembling the playpen

Step 1 : Use parts A, B the 8 large bolts (D) and the hexagonal key (J)

Place the 8 large bolts (D) in the provided openings on the upperside and the bottom of

the legstructures (B). Insert the sides (A) with the holes on the bars faced inwards the

box, between the legstructures and pull the bolts one by one backwards and push them

back into the openings of the sides. Now tighten the bolts slightly with the hexagonal key.

Step 2 : Use the parts of step 2, the bottom C, 6 crochet hooks (F), 6 spacers (G), 6 short

bolts (E) and the 6 nuts M6 (H)

Place the crochet hooks (F) in the provided openings on the sides (A). Pay attention that

the six of these are on the same height of one of the possible positions for the base. In-

sert the base (C) into the playpen and let it rest on the crochet hooks. Push a short bolt

(E) through an opening of the base and the underlying crochet hook, place one spacer

(G), a nut (H) and thighten slightly. Repeat for the remaining bolts. Finally tighten.

Step 3 : FInally fasten all large bolts ﬁ rmly (D - from step 1)

Step 4 : Changing the position of the base

Redo all actions of step 2 in reversed order. Replace the crochet hooks on a different

level and repeat step 2.
