13 Operation and Handing
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:
13.1 Operating Instructions
After each sealing session and before starting up, check to make sure the unit and all
accessories that come in contact with the foodstuff are thoroughly clean. Follow the
cleaning instructions on the description page.
13.2 Removing the vacuum chamber
1. Shift the vacuum chamber and take it out completely.
2. To re-seat the vacuum chamber, place the right end into the right side of the recess.
Make sure the suction nozzle matches the corresponding hole on the chamber and that
the chamber positioning tongue is placed in its seat .
3. Make sure that the chamber is firmly fixed.

Step 1: Open the lid and place an open side of the bag in the
vacuum chamber.
Step 2: Press the cover down
Step 3: Press for release (after sealing process)
