Lay the cheese in the raclette raclette pans and place the mini
pans on the appliance in the specially designed slots. The cheese
will be ready in about 3-4 minutes. Do not overfill the pans.
The above can be prepared with a combination of onions,
gherkins, lettuce, baguettes or potatoes.
The raclette mini pans are also suitable for frying eggs or new
potatoes (small) and even meat.
The XL raclette pans are slightly larger and deeper so they can be
used to cook larger vegetables and other foods.
Do not touch the pans with bare hands; use the handles.
Do not allow heat the empty raclette pans. Instead, place them in
the cooling zone.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the appliance after every use.
Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning it. Wait until
the appliance has completely cooled down.
It is recommended that all food residues be removed with a
wooden spatula or a heat-resistant plastic utensil while the
appliance is still hot. If the residues dry up, they will be harder to
remove.
All external surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge.
Clean the grill plate and raclette pans with water and some mild
detergent.
Do not use sharp objects. Only use a wooden scraper.
Make sure that water can not get into the appliance.
Never use any aggressive of abrasive cleaning agents. These could
cause damage to the non-stick surface layer on the grill plate and
pans.
Do not immerse the appliance in water and never clean it in a
dishwasher.
The raclette pans can be immersed in water and are dishwasher
safe.
