5) The indicator light will turn off when it reaches the set temperature.
6) Press the steam jet button to release the steam. It may be necessary to press the button
several times to activate the steam.
7) Wait a few seconds for the steam to penetrate the fabric before pressing the button again for
more steam..
NOTE: For optimal steam quality, do not apply more than three successive "SHOTS" after the
light has gone out.
ATTENTION: always direct the jet of steam in the direction of the garment to be ironed, never
towards the face.
After ironing, always empty the remaining water from the tank, after disconnecting the plug
from the electrical socket
SELF-CLEANING
IMPORTANT: the iron will give the best ironing results and will last longer by self-cleaning once a
month.
1. Fill the water tank halfway with water and turn the steam adjustment button to the OFF
position.
2. Place the iron vertically. Set the temperature to "MAX" and connect the appliance to the power
outlet.
3. When the light goes out, remove the plug from the electrical socket.
4. Hold the iron horizontally over the sink and bring the steam control button to the self-cleaning
position for about 1-2 minutes; Tilt the iron up and down slowly during self-cleaning. Check
that all water and steam stop completely escaping from the soleplate vents. After cleaning,
empty the remaining water. Release the steam control button to stop the self-cleaning
function. If necessary, repeat the procedure.
5. NOTE! Do not use descaling liquids or vinegar.
6. Turn the steam adjustment button to the MAX position and connect the iron and heat for
about 2 minutes to dry the remaining water.
7. Iron on a towel to remove any water drops left on the soleplate.
8. Cool as usual and set aside.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Turn the temperature control knob to the MIN position, unplug the iron from the power outlet
and allow the soleplate to cool.
2. Empty the iron immediately after use. Set the steam control to MAX and empty any water left
in the tank. Set the variable steam control to the OFF position. Do not store the iron with water
in it.
3. If necessary, use a damp cloth to clean the cold iron, then dry.

Starch and other residues can be easily removed from the plate with a damp cloth.

To avoid scratching the surface, never use metal sponges to clean the soleplate and never
