GB Setting up the sunshade
Bases with a minimum weight of 50 kg and a support tube diameter of 39 mm are
•
suitable to safely set up the sunshade.
CAUTION: The base and support tube are not included in delivery
•
Ensure that there are no objects and persons in the setting up area.
•
Screw the top into the sunshade part
•
Fasten the lower pole into the top pole
•
(Caution: Ensure that the ratchet pins have clicked into place)
Guide the sunshade into the support tube and fasten
•
Opening the sunshade
Spread the struts of the sunshade part lightly (this makes it easier to open the
•
sunshade)
To open the sunshade, turn the crank clockwise until the sunshade has opened
•
completely.
Tilting the shade roof: The roof can be tilted smoothly and simply with the twist
•
mechanism above the crank.
To orient the sunshade according to the location of the sun, loosen the base clip
•
and turn the sunshade. CAUTION: Be sure to tighten the base clip again after
orienting
Closing the sunshade
Ensure that there are no objects or persons in the closing area
•
Put the sunshade part into a horizontal position using the twist mechanism
•
Turn the crank anti-clockwise until the sunshade part is closed
•
Protecting the sunshade
Protect your sunshade with a protective sleeve (not included in delivery)
•
In poor weather conditions (rain, storms), take the sunshade to a protected area
•
