2. Installation and Commissioning
Long enough and strong ropes should be attached to the handle before the
first use. When the pump is immersed into the liquid, the rope along with a
handle can be used to balance the pump.
Installation
The equipment requires an area of at least 60x60cm. Depth of equipment
immersed in technical parameters. When installing the equipment, make
sure the suction opening will not be blocked by foreign objects to keep the
equipment stable.
Set Toggle Switch
1. A switch is set by the position of the sensor plug in the pump body to
automatically control the starting water level.
2. Please check the following items before the pump starts running.
3. The sensor must be plugged into the bore of the pump body for the
fixed position. Attention: if the sensor does not be plugged into the
fixed bore of the pump body, it may cause the pump to not pump
water or dry running, which will damage the pump.
4. Make sure the sensor metal is complete exposed and clean.
Attention:
For rope handling: do not operate the pump without the pressure hose to
prevent the pump from twisting around its longitudinal axis. In continuous
use of a pump with a rope, the condition of the rope must be checked
periodically, as it may break with increasing use time.
