Intended use/ non-allowable use
The chain saw is designed for cutting tree branches and trunks up to a
diameter that is no longer than the guide bar length. It is suitable for cutting
wood only and must not be used to cut other materials. Using the chain
saw for professional use to provide tree cutting services is strictly forbidden.
The user of the chain saw must wear suitable personal protective equipment
in accordance with this manual and the pictograms on the unit. Refer to this
manual regarding safety warnings for use and maintenance.
People who work with the chain saw or perform maintenance on it must
be familiar with this manual. All repairs must be done using the
manufacturer's original or approved replacement parts (guide bar; saw chain,
spark plug etc.) as directed in this user's manual.
The user and not the manufacturer is liable for accidents which are caused
by non-allowable use or the use of non-approved replacement parts.
